Joseph has been dancing since age four, and competitively since age six. He has won hundreds of awards for his skilled dance including: Mister Dance of New England, Junior Mr. Dance of America, and East Coast Junior Ballroom Champion. He has taught master classes in many venues including the Boston Conservatory of Music (the Modern Dance department) as well on the faculty of New Dance Group (NDG) of New York City. Joseph has been dancing since age four, and competitively since age six. He has taught master classes in many venues including the Boston Conservatory of Music (the Modern Dance department) as well on the faculty of New Dance Group (NDG) of New York City. His professional Broadway credits span 15 years and include, Beauty and the Beast, Cathy Rigby’s Peter Pan, National Tour of Cats (Mr. Mistoffelees), and Baby John in the international tour of West Side Story.

Jackie Díaz is honored to be on staff with the amazing performers that make up RTC’s staff. She is a vocal and drama major currently studying at the University of California, Irvine. She has been singing and acting for a little under ten years and has been in several musical theatre productions including Spring Awakening, In the Heights, and Shrek: The Musical. As a vocalist, she has performed at several Latinx festivals and events singing mariachi style music. She has also continued to develop her classical training through recitals as well as private instruction. She’s been co-music director of her acapella group as well as UCI Chamber president while performing in shows and doing works of art with the RTC founder and other members of the dream team!

James Dory is also an accomplished dancer and director. He co-managed the Auxiliary Hip Hip Dance Team in the current director of Santa Rosa Buck Hip Hop Company. James teaches dance throughout Sonoma County, inspiring the next generation of dancers!

Eddie Melendéz is a professional hip hop dancer and teacher. He is the director of several hip hop crews and the founder of the Klick clothing line.

Madeline Brown is a trained ballet dancer and professional performing artist in Sonoma County. She has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San Francisco State University. She is currently working for the City of Santa Rosa in the Office of Community Engagement.

Jasen Valdez is a professional hip hop dancer and teacher. He has been a part of several award winning crews throughout the Bay Area.

Lorenzo is a local actor and vocalist who has worked professionally in various industries including special events, sales and marketing as well as activities and programming.

Ben Donner is a beloved local hip hop dancer and teacher. He is also an actor and has appeared in several musical productions in Sonoma County.

Marcus Ward is renowned professional photographer and videographer originally based out of the Bay Area. ​ Marcus is also an accomplished dancer and director. He co-managed the Auxiliary Hip Hip Dance Team in Santa Rosa California and is still currently a company member with the Neverest Dance Company. ​ He is the co-founder of FTA Productions (along with Carmen Maria Mitchell). Working alongside bold brands & artists to create cutting-edge media content

Currently the marketing manager for Cinnabar Theater, Brittany has experience managing marketing firms for large corporations and has expanded her specialties to include social media marketing, Google Ad development, and search engine optimization. An avid lover of performing, her favorite past roles include Belle in Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella in Cinderella, and Lizzie Bennet in Pride and Prejudice the musical. Her original musical The Farce Awakens premiered at Redwood Theatre Company in 2017, and she continues to write original music for commercials, tiktoks, and for fun! Her original music has been shared by Nutella, Bubbies Pickles, and Lagunitas among others.
