Founders & Directors

Carmen Maria
Executive Director
Carmen is the original founder of Redwood Theatre Company. Carmen grew up as a competitive figure skater and ballet dancer. She now works as a professional singer and actor in both New York and California. Her body of artistic work includes many leading roles in musicals, short films, commercials, web-series, concerts and professional ice shows. Carmen performed as a principal skater on a National Tour of Disney on Ice where she debuted the role of the “Live Host”. Carmen is also the co-founder for FTA Productions Company & SOL Club Community Arts Youth Outreach Program.

Lisa Navarro
Artistic Director
Lisa brings more than 50 years of Ice skating experience to this project. Lisa competed and performed as an elite pair skater in competitions, professional ice shows and televised skating specials. She was a principal skater and Associate Choreographer for many of the beloved Charles Schulz Christmas shows in Santa Rosa. During her long career Lisa has helped direct and choreograph skating shows and special skating projects for Snoopy’s Home Ice, Woodstock Ice Productions, California’s Great America and Aerial Ice Extreme.

Kim Navarro
Skating Director
Kim Navarro is a Two-Time U.S. Bronze Medalists and Two-Time World Team member. She was a first alternate to the Olympics in 2010 and won the bronze medal at the Four Continents Figure Skating Championships in 2008. As a professional skater, Kim has performed in numerous ice shows including Stars On Ice, Holiday On Ice, Broadway On Ice, Sun Valley On Ice, and Nancy Kerrigan's Halloween On Ice. She has performed with the Ice Theatre of New York and is a founding company member of Ice Dance International. Kim and her partner Brent Bommentre, appeared in an episode of the television show Glee and competed as part of the act “Aerial Ice” on the quarter-finals of NBC’s America’s Got Talent. Kim has her USFS Gold Medal in Dance, Freestyle, and MIF. She is a graduate of Columbia University with a degree in English and a minor in Dance. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Liberal Arts at Stanford University. Kim is now the Skating Director and coach at Snoopy's Home Ice!

Adele Mitchell
Outreach Director
Adele Davalos Mitchell is an Award Winning Teacher and has spent most of her career working as an educator in Santa Rosa City Schools. She is now the Founder and Director of the SOL Club Community Arts Outreach Program. Brining art and performance to the underserved youth of color in our community. Adele was the Founder and Executive Director of Santa Rosa Dance Theatre where she produced Full-Length Nutcracker ballet productions and several other Spring performances for 13 seasons.
Marketing & Opperations

Mei Lin Domanski
Media/Marketing Consultant
A recent graduate from Sonoma State University, studying media and marketing, Mei Lin now works on the social media team at Snoopy's Home Ice and Special Olympics Northern California's marketing team.

Riley McGee
Operation/Financial Officer
Riley MvGee is a beloved member of the Snoopy's Home Ice team where she works as the Guest Services Manager. Riley has joined the RTC team as the executive business admin and marketing consultant, keeping everything organized and everyone on track.

Bob Goodwin
Operation/Financial Officer
Originally from Canada, Bob grew up as a competitive pair skater. He has skated as a principal performer with Disney on Ice for over seven years. His roles include Aladdin, Prince Charming, Hans & Kristoff from Frozen, Prince Eric and Prince Philip. Bob also works as a personal trainer and fitness instructor.

Lorenzo Alviso
PR/Production Supervisor
Lorenzo is a local actor and vocalist who has worked professionally in various industries including special events, sales and marketing as well as activities and programming.

Brittany Law
Marketing Consultant & Artist
Brittany is a California based actress and social media marketing specialist. Her original musical The Farce Awakens premiered at Redwood Theatre Company in 2017.
Technical Team

Joel Stras
Crew Manager
Joel graduated from the CA State University of Monterey Bay, with a B.A. in Psychology. Joel’s love of music and the arts, led him to RTC, where he now works alongside the stage hands as the Crew Manager.

Linda Illsley
Volunteer Manager
Linda grew up as a figure skater and skated as a professional performer in the Ice Capades and The Hollywood Ice Revue. Linda worked for Snoopy's Home Ice Christmas Shows as the Wardrobe Mistress for 13 Years!

Barry Schiffman
Sound Technician
Barry is the owner ofNorthern Lights Recording, offering a full array of Audio and Video services: Recording, Mixing, Editing and Mastering, Video & Audio Transfers.

Giorgio Moro
Super Volunteer
Construction Foreman of major building projects in San Francisco and all over the Bay Area.

Andrew Olson
Technical Assistant
Andrew Olsen has a cool history... we are still waiting for his bio, but have been told he was in the Army at one point and is currently a shift manager at Snoopy's home Ice.

Marcus Ward was the director of several dance companies in the North Bay and is the Co-Founder of the media production company FTA Productions along with Carmen Maria Mitchell.

Dom is an accomplished Direcotr and Cinematographer. - "I’m just a nerd with a passion and a drive for the art of storytelling. There are many ways of telling a story. Filmmaking is just my vice to be able to convey emotion, and to help tell what needs to be told. I’m always expanding my horizons and experiencing something new. Whatever the production may be, big or small, I will be more than happy to hop on set and work towards the common goal that we believe in. President and Director of Marketing for the Sonoma County Pride organization. - "As a Sonoma County native and local business owner for almost 20 years, I’m extremely vested in our community. With my company, Feisty Media/PornTeam.com, I’ve continually support our community with The Lazy Bear Fund (LazyBearWeekend), and on the board of Santa Rosa GayDar a local LGBTQ community (and friends of) social networking group to bring the Sonoma County Gay Community together. Blake Johnson- 6' in heels or skates. Semi-professional sauce tosser. Arena programming director. Completed 13 semesters of college without receiving a degree. Boycotts social media. Best backwards crossovers in the county, but still toe-picks while on hockey skates. Big fish in a little pond.
